Job Summary Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Design Hardware Development Manager located in Changi, Singapore . What a typical day looks like: Responsible for leading a team of hardware development engineers who are responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance for enterprise wide technical architecture, systems use and maintenance in order to cooperate to the next-generation technologies integration into the architectural strategy.

Ensure that the team is organized effectively to provide adequate support to customer inquiries. Allocate tasks for activities related to hardware development for prospective users. Work under the current business practices, processes and procedures in order to fulfill internal customer’s requirements and expectations. Ensure future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities are identified, to fulfill customer’s requirements.

Participate in technical reviews, as required. Participate in Customer meetings and help resolve technical issues. Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce The experience we’re looking to add to our team: More than 15 years experience in power electronics with background on high power in server and data center application.

Experience in BBU, energy storage and rack power is a plus. Good interpersonal skill, able to deal with multi cultural and level of people Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Master's degree, PhD is a plus.
