As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a premium hotel experience by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Your application will only progress if you can commit to 24/7 Availability and are open to working over night shifts. About the Role Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors and service areas in line with Crown’s high brand and quality standards Deliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service Accurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties About You Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a customer service environment (hotel experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards A reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service Additional Information Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
