The role Crown Sydney is the place where extraordinary experiences are possible – and this summer you can be a part of the fun as a Full-Time Recreation Attendant . Featuring two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, a tennis court and a yoga terrace, this role will see you being part of a team that ensures the smooth operations of the food & beverage service for our guests and residents - graciously hosting and offering them the ultimate pool-side experiences.

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service moments, enjoy being in the outdoors and thrive in a busy, fast-paced and high-energy environment. We’re looking for people that can commit to 6-month contracts , from September 2026 - April 2027. You’ll need to be available to commit to 38 hours per week across a rotating roster, between the hours of 7.00 am and 9.00 pm.

Given the location of the pools and the outdoors environment, you’ll need to be comfortable working in the sun and in summer weather conditions. You'll be: Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas Supporting with guest and resident experience across all recreation areas Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the property Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment for guests and other team members You’ll bring: Experience in a hosting or F&B service related or guest-facing role Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, between the hours of 7am and 9 pm A current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement A level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task Strong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests On offer: A full-time opportunity, working 38 hours per week An hourly rate of $28.91 + super + tips + penalty rates Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B venues on property Generous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth A uniform, that’s washed and laundered free for every shift by our on-site wardrobe team Take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition and awards program Access to discounts across health & wellbeing, novated leasing options & more This is Sydney’s most sought-after summer destination, where you’ll get to enjoy uninterrupted, panoramic views over the harbour whilst you work in Sydney's most luxurious property!
