We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Perth. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, leading a passionate team and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure. What you'll be doing Lead and support Front Desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve exceptional service standards Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise operational efficiency Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures About you You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.
