Job Description: Be the first smile guests sees - Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures that create a positive first impression. Anticipate guest needs and handle transactions efficiently while maintaining the high service standards Pullman is known for. Monitor room status and guest feedback, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Maintain detailed guest records and provide attentive service to our valued guests. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while prioritizing excellent guest service in all interactions.

Qualifications: Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences. Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage. Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset Sales-driven mindset
