Technology Specialist Separation and Produced Water Treatment

We are seeking a Technology Specialist with expertise in Separation and Produced Water Treatment to support technology development, project execution, tendering activities, and client engagements. The successful candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, contributing to innovative process solutions while supporting regional projects and business development initiatives.

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 7 years of experience in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering. Proven experience in Separation and Produced Water Treatment projects. Strong expertise in Separation and Produced Water Treatment technologies. Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS and UNSIM. Hands-on troubleshooting experience in process systems.

Participation in HAZOP and SIL studies, including close-out activities. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Knowledge of competitor technologies and market trends. Commercial awareness with the ability to support winning technical proposals. Excellent technical writing skills in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and global teams.

Provide technical support for regional projects, tenders, and client meetings. Contribute to the development of new products and technology solutions. Collaborate with tendering teams to develop competitive technical concepts and proposals. Support Business Development during technical discussions and customer engagements. Perform feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and process studies.

Deliver timely and high-quality technical support to commercial projects and technology development initiatives. Troubleshoot process and technology-related issues and recommend effective solutions. Identify opportunities to improve work processes and technology offerings. Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and collaboration with execution teams following successful project awards.
