  • Minimal 7 tahun sebagai Lead Discipline Engineer untuk desain proyek besar.
  • Sangat paham Shell DEPs, standar desain internasional, software rekayasa struktur, serta deliverable FEED dan EPIC.

Primary Purpose of the Job Lead the Civil/Structural engineering input for the design, fabrication, construction, testing, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities for the NFA Sustainability Project, ensuring successful execution on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved project requirements, specifications, and standards. Required Experience and Skills A minimum of 15 years’ Civil/Structural engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas industry A minimum of 10 years offshore Oil & Gas processing projects A minimum of 7 years as Lead Discipline Engineer for major project design Fully familiar with Shell DEPs and other international design codes and standards.

Fully familiar with structural engineering software and design review processes. Familiar with all types of FEED and EPIC deliverables, equipment, design and construction progress reviews. Proven ability to manage respective discipline engineering team in a major project environment. Strong technical, planning, communication, reporting and leadership skills. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university; a higher degree would be advantageous.
