</strong>We are in a pivotal phase of our journey. HelpBnk is transitioning its mobile experience from a web to a full native React Native application. Simultaneously, we are revamping our UX. As a Senior Engineer, you will have a massive impact on the future of our mobile development as we expand into new countries and verticals.</div><div>

</div><div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ol><li><strong>Lead the Transition:</strong> Architect and build high-performance, scalable mobile applications from the ground up using React Native (TypeScript).</li><li><strong>Master the Machines</strong>: Using agentic AI (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your day-to-day workflow is a strict requirement. We expect you to leverage these tools to ship "buttery smooth" UIs and clean code</li><li><strong>Research &amp; Innovate</strong>: Continuously discover and implement new technologies to stay up to date on the latest best practices</li><li><strong>Own the Lifecycle:</strong> Take full responsibility for the mobile app lifecycle, from technical design and prototyping to App Store and Google Play deployment.</li></ol><div><strong>Before You Start</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a deep understanding of the iOS and Android ecosystems.</li><li>Senior-level expertise in React Native and TypeScript.</li><li>Strong knowledge of state management (Zustand, Redux) and integrating with RESTful APIs.</li><li>Experience with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle) and mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).</li><li>Core Requirement: Proven ability to use AI coding agents to enhance productivity and maintain meticulous code quality.</li></ul><strong>Why You Should Apply</strong></div><div><ul><li>Freedom: Work from where you want, when you want, we focus on output, not hours.</li><li>Impact: Your work directly helps people discover their dreams and solve world-scale problems.</li><li>Tools: We provide the software you need to perform optimally.</li></ul></div><div>Ready to help us?</div><div>
