What you will do Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures. Ensure timely and accurate sub meter, chemical treatment and engine room logs.

Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the guest or other departments. Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms and public areas including electrical equipment, plumbing and Air conditioning. Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance. Use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.

Maintain a daily logbook of work done during the shift. What you bring Previous experience in this role within a 5 star luxury environment Technical knowledge and expertise to provide electrical and general repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the hotel Awareness of safe working practices Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team Strong communication skills with a good level of written and spoken English Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours – includes shift working What we offer Work Authorization.
