The role We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards for full time, part-time and casual positions to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Perth. In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team.

You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency. Organising and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware. Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

About you Ability to work a variety of shifts including a fternoon, overnight and weekend shifts Experience in a kitchen or commercial cleaning role is preferred Experience using industrial cleaning products and equipment correctly is preferred Have relevant experience in a similar environment.
