Spa Therapist

Job Description: We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Spa Therapist. As a Spa Therapist at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences that reflect the elegance, sophistication, and personalized service synonymous with our luxury brands. You will create memorable guest journeys through professional treatments, intuitive service, and a genuine passion for wellbeing and hospitality. You will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of guest care, operational excellence, hygiene, and brand presentation within the spa environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalized spa experiences in line with the luxury service standards of Raffles & Fairmont Doha. Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and wellness therapies according to established protocols. Conduct professional guest consultations to identify individual needs, preferences, and contraindications. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Prepare treatment rooms with the required supplies, amenities, and linens prior to each appointment. Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques. Maintain strong knowledge of spa products, services, and current wellness trends. Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and spa operating procedures at all times. Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or operational concerns promptly. Build and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty. Work collaboratively with the spa team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Participate in training programs and continuous development initiatives to maintain professional standards and brand knowledge. Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude in all guest and colleague interactions.

Qualifications: Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field. Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Knowledge of various massage and beauty techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
