Commis 2 (Cold Kitchen)

Job Description: What you will be doing: Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations Help with inventory and proper storage of ingredients Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

Qualifications: Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety Strong attention to detail and a passion for food A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal and English communication skills
