Ken-Fix Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise the maintenance and repair of the hotel's Ken-Fix systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components, to ensure efficient operation and compliance with Accor's standards and guidelines. Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and exceptional service delivery. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the Ken-Fix systems, ensuring that scheduled inspections, servicing, and repairs are carried out in a timely manner to minimize downtime and potential disruptions.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of the Ken-Fix systems to identify any issues or potential problems, and take appropriate corrective actions. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring their adherence to Accor's policies and procedures. Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment related to the Ken-Fix systems, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, to address any Ken-Fix-related guest complaints or requests, resolving them promptly and effectively. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Ken-Fix systems to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency. Monitor and analyze energy consumption of the Ken-Fix systems, identify opportunities for energy conservation, and implement relevant initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
