Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.分析市场活动表现、客户行为及市场趋势，识别机会与风险. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.市场营销、商业、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历. Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.具备市场分析、商业智能或相关岗位的工作经验. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.熟练使用Excel、SQL、Tableau、Power BI等数据分析工具. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.较强的分析能力，能够解读复杂数据. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage. 优秀的中英文双语沟通能力, 能够内部更好的和合作方协调。 Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.了解数字营销渠道及指标者优先. Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus. 具备统计软件或编程语言（Python、R）经验者优先.
