We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” What You Will Do Lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile; define scope, OKRs, and drive execution. Manage KR→TW report transition and build unified end-to-end visibility.• Improve PDD and operational performance by removing defects and bottlenecks with LOC, hubs, linehaul, and sortation teams.

Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and turn insights into actions, owners, and SOP changes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and hubs to solve problems and deliver structured recommendations. Run simulations for network, volume, and cut-off changes to guide data-based decisions. Identify risks, execute mitigation, and manage communication and change adoption. Communicate clearly to all levels with concise narratives on options, risks, and ROI.

Basic Qualifications 6+ years in program/project management or analytics-driven operations in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain. Strong SQL and data validation; proficient with Tableau/Power BI. Big data tools and Python are pluses. Strong structured thinking and root-cause ability; convert ambiguity into action. Executive-level writing/speaking; able to influence without authority.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of first/middle/last mile, hubs, linehaul, routing, and PDD. Hands-on Python/statistical tools; strong with Sheets, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI. Strong English; Mandarin/Korean a plus.
